Shipping & Delivery
Lost or missing packages
ClipCam is not responsible for deliveries that cannot be completed due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please therefore carefully verify that both your shipping and billing address are correct before completing your order.
If the error is on our end, Lundquist Ecom AB takes full responsibility and will send a replacement delivery at no extra cost to you.
Customs & fees
For international deliveries, customs duties, import VAT, or other local fees may apply depending on the rules of the destination country. These fees are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.
By completing a purchase with ClipCam, you agree that your order may be subject to such fees upon delivery.
Delivery time
Normal delivery time is 8–12 business days.
In addition to this, there is a processing time of 1–3 business days before the order is shipped.
Please note that the stated delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs handling, high demand on carriers, or unforeseen delays.
Tracking information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. In some cases, tracking may be limited or temporarily unavailable, for example with free shipping or depending on the shipping method selected.
My tracking shows "No information available"
For some carriers, it can take 1–3 business days before the tracking information is updated in the system.
If more than 7 business days have passed since your order was shipped and no tracking information is showing, you are very welcome to contact us and we'll help you further.
